Giti Tire AR Special Feature 2026

EMBRACING INNOVATION AND PERFORMANCE

How We Got Real Tires Running Smooth on Phones for Giti

Giti wanted buyers to see how their tires actually look on a real car before buying. Not a stock photo—their car, their tire, right on their phone.

The catch? Tire treads are packed with fine grooves and branding that bloat file size fast, and AR on a phone won't tolerate heavy files. We ran Blender and 3Ds Max through the pipeline, kept the details that matter, and cut the rest. Same file runs smooth on web and mobile. Buyers now point their phone and see exactly what they're getting.
PROJECT AIMS

Objectives

Build True-to-Life 3D Tire Models

SEIRIM set out to create true-to-life digital replicas of Giti's tires that buyers could visualize directly on their own cars through AR.

Deliver Smooth AR Assets

The team needed to ensure these models performed flawlessly on the phones and browsers customers actually use every day.

Balance Realism With Performance

SEIRIM focused on closing the gap between what a tire looks like in person and what users see through their screens.

Enable Vehicle Preview Confidence

The end goal was simple: let customers see exactly what they're buying so they feel sure about their choice.

AT THE HORIZON

Challenges

Treads That Don't Bloat Files

Tire designs are packed with complex grooves, textures, and logos that are hard to capture without making the model heavy.

Light Models That Still Look Good

Mobile AR can't handle massive files, so SEIRIM had to figure out what truly mattered visually and protect it.

Make AR Tires Run on Phones

The team was working within real hardware constraints where every polygon and texture directly impacts loading speed.

Strategic

Solutions

Blender and 3Ds Max Together

SEIRIM didn't rely on a single tool. Blender and 3Ds Max handled different stages to get the best result at every step.

Trimmed the Model, Kept Key Details

SEIRIM stripped out what users wouldn't notice but kept the tread depth, sidewall branding, and surface detail intact.

Made Files that Run Anywhere

SEIRIM built the models to work straight out of the pipeline on both web AR and native mobile platforms.

Hooked 3D into Web and Security

Beyond the models themselves, SEIRIM handled integration, web design, and security to keep the whole system solid.

Tactical Innovations

Real-Time AR Tire Visualization That Keeps Every Detail Intact

SEIRIM built a pipeline for Giti that turns real tire designs into light 3D models for AR. Using Blender and 3Ds Max, the team kept the details that matter and cut the rest. The result looks good, loads fast, and runs fine on normal phones—so buyers see exactly what they're getting.

Treads Look Right, Files Stay Small

SEIRIM found ways to preserve the exact look of Giti's tread designs without letting the geometry bloat.

Works on Phone and Web

The same file runs smoothly whether a customer is viewing it in a browser or through a dedicated mobile app.

Logos Stayed Sharp, Phones Didn't Sweat

Logos and text on the sidewall stayed crisp and readable without costing extra processing power.

Model to Live, Fully Locked Down

SEIRIM connected the modeling desk directly to the live customers' experience, with security built in from the start.
